Function missing in upgrade

This used to be arguably simply the best visual predictive ap out there. Ive used it all over the globe and found it wonderfully accurate, especially its predictive "future" motion function.
This moving map allowed you to see accurately what the predicted path of storms would be over the next 4-6 hours. Thats what a "Warning" ap should be about.
This function seems to have been removed - at least on my iPhone 6.
Without it, the ap is not nearly as helpful
What gives?!?
